WOW...these past two weeks have been sooo busy! Friday our chorus...MHS Madrigal Lords and Ladies sang at the Pentagon....I'd LOVE to sit here and tell everyone how amazing it was... but I don't have the time or patience. So to wrap it up, we ended up singing for three of the top people in politics for the US...Rumsfeld, Pace, and England. AHHHH sooo exciting! lol...all of that was great, but as we were singing through the halls of the Pentagon we got called to this one hallway, where everyone who worked in the pentagon was standing, and awaiting the arrival of wounded soldiers who just came back from serving our country over in Iraq...wow...what an amazing experience. as the young soldiers were wheeled by in wheerlchairs, or some of them walking, you saw the look on their face, they were so happy, so proud, so strong. No matter if they only had one limb, or one eye, they had a smile upon their face. It was amazing. I cannot even describe it in words. Seeing these young men who couldn't be older than 20 walking by with wives, and little baby's in a stroller, finally home. They do that for us, for our country. You truly don't realize all that some people do for our country, it takes something like that to really hit you. Meeting Rumsfeld and all of those important people was awesome, but could NEVER measure up to singing and welcoming home those soldiers.

What an amazing day...after 8 hours of pretty much singing straight, we went home, and I stayed at Mike's for an hour or two, then had to go home, since I had to wake up saturday morning at 3 AHHHH! yeah so saturday i woke up at the butt crack of dawn, then went to New York City...talk about another experience...it definately was a lotta fun, but I would've havd a better time if I could've shopped and been with my Mike. lol anyways...callbacks for Beauty and the Beast was Monday, and the cast list was posted today...hmm. lol no comment.

not as bad as I thought It's be. YAY GOOD JOB MIKE! my baby's the prince! heheh :) sooo...tomorrow's our chorus concert :( then thursday is the last day wooo hooo!

Memaw had her surgery last Monday...it all went well..she's moving to the rehab center in Annapolis to build her muscle strength in her shoulder back up at the moment. I miss her a lot...

This past weekend was amazing!

Saturday Mike came over early in the morning and helped my mom and I decorate all day...and i had a little incident while walking off my tile kitchen counter...hehe :) we then sang at the FGS christmas party which turned out to be a lotta fun! and the next day we decorated his house all day, of course me being the clumsy person I am, dropped a huge class ornament, and felt horrbile...then we ate dinner, which was really good.. lol pizza rolls, hot wings, meatballs, and cold vegetables...yummy. overall it was an amazing weekend.

Today I woke up and could not get motivated...BUT luckily we got out two hours early because of "snow". lol= harldy any snow at all. hey- im not complaining though! so then i went back to mikes house, and ahhh it was sooooo  cute!! Mike helped Ella, his little 3 year old sister, wrtie a letter to Santa. and then she mike and I went on a walk up and down the street in the snow...with Ella all bundled up. hehe...wow I love christmas time!

This Week:

• Tuesday: hopefully no school!...I hope Mike can come over to go sledding or something...i Dont know...
• Wednesday: if we have school, then its a half day, and Madrigal practice until 4 or 5
• Thursday: Madrigal Dinner rehersal ALL day :) then Beauty and the Beast Dance and Sing rehersal
• Friday and Satruday: Madrigal Dinner...then Saturday morning I have a swim meet :-/ ahh I need to practice...oh well

Imma go build myself a fire considering my parents insist on having the heat down low...urgh.

Today's Thanksgiving...and I must say that it was definately the best Thanksgiving ever...even though I didn't feel great. At my cousin's house up in Montgomery county, we ate an early dinner with my dad's side of the family. Today it seemed so different, we came together so much as a family...for once, I felt extremely comfortable. We overcame so much as a family this summer with my dad's cancer, uncle's death, and granny's Alzheimer's disease...I realized how much I truly have to be thankful for.

I have the most caring and understanding parents, along with amazing siblings, and not to metion...the best boyfriend ever. I don't know why I ever complain about anything...today has sort of opened my eyes on how great my life is.

My grandmother goes in for a shoulder replacement on Tuesday...I Love You Memaw.

I won't be able to be with Mike again until Saturday but I'll survive...

For our six month anniversary, Mike surprised me with beautiful flowers, a CD I really wanted, and a long letter. Mike I Love You with all my heart, and I can't even begin to thank you enough for everything you've done for me these past 6 months!

Tomorrow I'm going shopping with Autumn...yes on "Black Friday". i AM pretty scared, you know those crazy woman who want all the great sales running me over with shopping carts...haha wish me luck.

Im off to bed...very early, but im waking up at 5 to start shopping...

...I Love Being In Love...

I haven't been home in sooo long, and when I'm home im sleeping or doing homework, so there's noo time for updating. The past month was amazing, and damn it flew by! The play was last weekend, YAY it's over. We only had a three day week last week which was awesome. and on Wednesday, it was Mike's birthday. we went out for dinner at Longhorn, then I went back to his house and spent the night. We woke up early Thursday morning, and had to babysit all morning, then went back to my house, saw my grandparents, then he spent the night at my house. haha its amazing how I can be with him for days straight, and never get tired of him. Friday I went shopping with my mom, and then Amanda and I went into Georgetown and bought this vintage brown jacket thats adorable. ahh i love it. It looked really good on both of us, so we split the cost, haha. god i love amanda so much. amanda... you know that i've always been here for you, and that won't change. Don't worry about what others think of you or us for that matter, that's their problem. ..anyways... amanda and i didn't end up goin to sleep until like 1:30, then had to wake up at 5 to go to Williamsburg for AP US. ugh.. the trip was actually not bad...amanda bought mike the pipe he's been begging for, and i got him some root beer and a massive lollipop(of course he hit me in the face with it and broke it). but my point is...amanda mike and i are inseperable. i love those two so much.. like amanda says "it's us three against the world" haha.

Mike and my 6 month anniversary is coming up soon...:) wow! It has gone by soooo fast.  I LOVE YOU MIKE!

Our first chamber choir performance is December 9, for the madrigal dinner. wow i am soooo excited. and my dress is soo pretty! yay. well... I have a ton of chemistry and history work to do. wont be updating again for a while.
